So how do we manufacture your car mats so they fit your exact make and model?
From the moment you place your order, our teams kick into gear and begin production.
First, we have to select the right model from our extensive car mat inventory which currently stands at over 4,000 shapes.
Next, once we have located the perfect fit for your model, we then roll out your chosen material and begin to cut your mats, making sure they are the right shape for your vehicle.
Once the cutting process is complete, we then add your chosen heel pad if one has been selected, as some carpet ranges such as our luxury and platinum options don't require a heel pad.
Now it's time to apply your chosen edging to each car mat in the right material and colour, remembering you can opt for a plain or contrasting colour.
If a logo has been selected, we apply this to each car mat either to the edge or center of the mat.
Finally, we install the correct fixing clips compatible with your car, as each car manufacturer has their own unique fixing locators preinstalled in the car, we make sure they correctly clip in place during installation.
Each car mat is cut specifically for your make and model of car, so please remember to choose the right model and year of vehicle.
