Step by Step: How We Manufacture Your Car Mats
From the moment you place your order, our teams kick into gear and begin production.
First, we have to select the right model from our extensive car mat inventory which currently stands at over 4,000 shapes.
Next, once we have located the perfect fit for your model, we then roll out your chosen material and begin to cut your mats, making sure they are the right shape for your vehicle.
Once the cutting process is complete, we then add your chosen heel pad if one has been selected, as some carpet ranges such as our luxury and platinum options don't require a heel pad.
Now it's time to apply your chosen edging to each car mat in the right material and colour, remembering you can opt for a plain or contrasting colour.
If a logo has been selected, we apply this to each car mat either to the edge or center of the mat.
Finally, we install the correct fixing clips compatible with your car, as each car manufacturer has their own unique fixing locators preinstalled in the car, we make sure they correctly clip in place during installation.
Each car mat is cut specifically for your make and model of car, so please remember to choose the right model and year of vehicle.

Yes, but please note you can't add the car manufacturer name or model on our mats due to copyright restrictions.
Do your mats come with fixing clips? +
Yes, the car mats do come with the correct fixing clips for your specific vehicle. These are pre-installed to ensure an exact fit with your car's existing fixing points. Universal options include standard clips.
How much is delivery? +
We offer free UK mainland delivery on orders over £30, or express 2-3 day delivery from £5.99 and next day delivery from £10.
How do I clean my car mats? +
For rubber car floor mats, simply rinse with water and mild soap, then air dry. For carpet mats, vacuum regularly and use a firm brush with warm soapy water for deeper cleaning. Please note our car mats are not designed to be machine washed.
Do your car mats come with a warranty? +
Yes, all our car mats come with a minimum 18 month warranty, with some ranges including a 2 year, 3 year or lifetime warranty.
What is your returns policy? +
We like to keep things simple, which is why we allow our customers return to return their products for up to 60 days. Providing the item is in the same new condition and can be resold, then return to us for a full refund or exchange. If your order didn't fit as expected, you might be entitled to a free return.
